After breakfast, depart by road to Kumarakom – a paradise for bird watchers. On reaching Kumarakom, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. After bird watching head to your hotel for check-in. After resting for a while, visit the Bay Island Driftwood Museum. Kumarakom village is situated on the banks of Vembanad Lake, which can be visited in the evening for sightseeing.
